Discover the powerful connection between Second Baptist Church and freedom, and step into history where stories come alive. Take a symbolic “train ride with no tracks” and sit inside the Croghan Street Station.
Here, you’ll hear how freedom seekers once rested in a hidden basement room before crossing the Detroit River to Canada in search of liberty.

TOUR COST:
$10.00 Adults / $5.00 Children Under 13
Days & Times:
Wednesday – Friday – Saturday
10:00 am – 11:30am – 1:30pm
Sunday Tours: Offered only to those attending worship service. A shorter tour follows service, usually beginning at 12:30 pm.
Donations are received as offerings, collected by ushers. Tours never interfere with worship.
** NOTE: On the first Sunday of each month, Communion Service is observed and may run longer.
Lecture Tours are most suitable for children who can read, though families of all ages are always welcome.
