Come up at Lafayette Street exit

  • Follow Service Drive 2 blocks to Lafayette, turn right
  • Follow Lafayette 3 blocks to Brush Street, turn right
  • Go 1 block to Monroe Street, turn right. Church is on left side at end of block.
  • Lodge Freeway
  • Lodge Fwy. South to Jefferson (freeway ends)
  • Follow Jefferson to Woodward Avenue, turn left
  • Follow Woodward 3 blocks to Campus Martius, bear right
  • Turn right at Monroe Street, follow to church.
  • Gratiot Street
  • From Gratiot Street, turn left onto Beaubien
  • Follow 3 blocks to Monroe; church is on right.

Guests of Second Baptist Church can receive free parking when validated at the church. While Greektown Casino operates three garages, the most convenient is the Brush Street Garage, located at 1001 Brush, Detroit, MI 48226, on the corner of Lafayette and Brush, across from the Athenaeum Hotel. To enter, drivers must use a debit or credit card. After arriving at Second Baptist Church through the Bookstore entrance, let the cashier know where you parked. You’ll receive a scanning slip, which acts as your parking validation.
